Last night was crazy!

Wind started howling. Snow blowing. The whole side of the house was covered in wet snow splats! Windows the front door. Kept waiting for the power to go out. Didn’t even flicker.

Woke up to a dusting. The walk and the driver were both clear along with my Bronco. I woke up at 5:30 and the wind was still screaming. I finally got up a little after 6:00, I was afraid that if I waited any longer the power would go out like last time and wouldn’t get my shower in. Power was still on when I left for work at a bit before 8:00. Wind had been blowing all day. Didn’t hear anything from G so don’t know if she lost power or the internet.

Lots of change at work. They finally finished the new office for all the higher ups. E calls them the cell block. The doors have little square windows that have the chicken wire thru them like they have in prison. It’s kind of funny. Seafood dept has now moved into where a manager was. E is moving out of his office; they are building him a new one. Guess they are going to have to build it around him since his office is going to be taken over by accounting. Everyone is being crammed into small offices so that the transportation dept can have better digs. Sooner or later, we are going to get walls too. Not sure how I feel about that. I won’t have to hear S blabbing all the time.

Speaking of S. Friday was the sales meeting. She had a to-do with one of the AM and reported her to HR. She told L that she threatened her. She didn’t. I heard most of the whole thing. She told S…
