Pollen, pollen, pollen.

The bane of my existence right now. Last year it didn’t bother me at all. This year, allergy pills are my friend.

What have I been up to. Looking of stuff on E~Bay for mom’s stuff and NSPS stuff. AKA books. They had their first sale last weekend. I powered through all the books that were donated since last year. Not as much as sometimes, but enough. I have no room!

I’m kind of getting into the vintage books. I told G that I might just buy them from the school and then try to sell them. They only charge $2.00 for the vintage ones and some of the ones that I’ve looked up are worth more than that, but they won’t ask for more. Which is dumb to me since they are trying to raise money to fix and save the school.

My second job, E Bay entrepreneur!

G has been cleaning out her side under the eaves. With the dumpster still out the house she figured it would be a good time to do it. She found a box of stuff that my grandmother gave her who knows how many years ago. There were some really cool things in it. There was on old Winston Cigarette lighter, looks like it was hardly used. A post card made out of wood. A little wooden tomahawk from Old Orchard Beach with the date of 1903. A Satin gift box with a bottle of Seagram's Crown Royal with a paper seal dated 1954 ~ there probably a teaspoon of liquor still in the bottle. M found one listed online for over $400.00 buck but it was a full bottle, seal never broken. (darn it!). It’s fun to look stuff up.

I have a least 3 boxes of stamps in books, loose, and in binders. They were a donation. It will probably take me the rest of my life to sort through them. They are some collection books that are full so those I’ll just do as is. Not enough time…especially when I like to read!

A graduated from high school yesterday. A posted some pictures on Facebook. We sent her a message that we wanted a picture of both the boys with W. (I tried to get one at mom’s funeral, but A jumped in.) W is their grandfather after all. She said she would, not sure if she sent it yet, but I hope so since I’m sure W is on his way back to N.J. today. Don’t envy him the drive!

Need to go read my Bullet blender instructions. Once again I’m going to try to stay on course and loose some weight. Fingers crossed!

Well time for the race. Chase needs to win one soon!
