Weigh in this morning was a bit disappointing, 205.6, just missed a full pound off. I kind of thought it would be down by more, but I know I’m not drinking enough water and that makes a difference. Did my AM 101 on the elliptical. We got a dusting of snow last night, sigh, so I quick shoveled the drive before work. Work out after work today. Protein drink for breakfast. Protein drink for dinner tonight too. Still have a pear left so may have that too, not sure.
